We provide some services directly and work with a carefully selected network of Associates, professional advisers and specialist providers for other services.
Where appropriate, we may introduce you to a provider we believe can help with your requirements.
This Disclosure explains how these introductions work and how Senator & Co may benefit from them.
2. Our Associate Network
One of the ways Senator & Co adds value is by bringing together expertise across different areas of business.
Our network may include providers specialising in areas such as:
- accountancy and professional services;
- legal services;
- business finance and funding;
- cost reduction;
- websites and digital services;
- marketing and content;
- printing, signage and promotional merchandise; and
- other business and professional services.

3. How Introductions Work
Where Senator & Co does not provide a particular service directly, or where specialist expertise is required, we may introduce you to an Associate or specialist provider.
We take reasonable care when selecting the providers we work with and aim to introduce clients to businesses and professionals we believe are suitable for their requirements.
Where a provider supplies services directly to you, they will normally do so under their own terms, fees and professional responsibilities.
You should consider the provider’s terms and satisfy yourself that their service is right for you before proceeding.
4. Referral Income & Commercial Relationships
Some Associates and providers may pay Senator & Co a referral fee, commission, revenue share or other commercial benefit when a client we introduce chooses to use their services.
These arrangements help support the work Senator & Co does in identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with suitable service providers.
Where appropriate or required, we will make you aware of the relevant commercial relationship and provide any further information required before you proceed.
Our commercial relationship with a provider does not oblige you to use them.
5. Your Choice
Any introduction or recommendation made by Senator & Co is intended to help you find suitable support.
You are always free to decide whether a provider is right for you.
You may:
- speak with the provider before deciding;
- ask questions about their services and fees;
- consider other providers; or
- choose not to proceed.
There is no obligation to use an Associate or provider simply because Senator & Co has introduced them.
6. Independent Providers
Associates and third-party providers may operate independently from Senator & Co.
Where an independent provider contracts directly with you, they will normally be responsible for:
- the services they provide;
- their advice and recommendations;
- their pricing and charges;
- their professional or regulatory obligations; and
- the terms of their relationship with you.
Senator & Co remains responsible for the services and obligations that it provides directly.
We cannot guarantee a particular outcome from services provided independently by another provider.
7. Regulated & Professional Services
Some services require particular professional qualifications, regulatory permissions or authorisations.
Where appropriate, Senator & Co may introduce you to suitably qualified or authorised professionals or organisations.
This may apply particularly to certain:
- legal services;
- Financial, Insurance or funding services;
- accountancy or tax matters; and
- other regulated or specialist professional services.
Additional terms, disclosures or regulatory information may apply to these services.
Where required, the relevant information will be provided by Senator & Co and/or the provider before you proceed.

Our Associate network is designed to give clients access to a wider range of expertise through one trusted point of contact.
We aim to:
- understand what you need;
- identify suitable expertise;
- work with reputable providers;
- be open about relevant commercial relationships; and
- give you the freedom to make your own decision.
Our aim is to make finding the right professional support easier.

If Senator & Co introduces you to an Associate or specialist provider and you would like to understand our relationship with that provider, please ask us.
We will provide appropriate information about the arrangement, subject to any legal, regulatory or commercial confidentiality requirements.
We believe good advice starts with trust — and trust starts with transparency.
